Testimonials

My wife and I moved to East Greenbush three years ago. Buying a house is a completely new experience to us. Being a first home buyer here, I didn't know much about it. But I was very lucky to have Carla as my agent. Carla was amazing. First, she is extremely knowledgeable in this area. Knowing I knew little about the houses here, she showed me a lot of houses, and introduced different styles of houses to me. That gave me a lot of choices, and she did all these with great patience. Second, she truly understands the client’s needs and offers professional service and always tries her best to protect the clients interests. Before showing me a house, Carla always did a good homework, and made everything organized, which saved me a lot of time and energy. She responds to any issue immediately, and she often worked very late in the night to answer my questions and reply my emails. She was in constant communication with me through every step of my purchase. Carla was by far the most professional and caring agent I've ever worked with. She did a great job, and helped my wife and I found our dream house. If my friend buys a house, I will definitely refer Cara to him Kevin Albany

Affordability, Student Debt Causing Chasm About Buying Between Homeowners, Renters

WASHINGTON (July 13, 2016) — Despite lackluster economic growth and stark home-price appreciation in several parts of the country in recent months, roughly three-quarters of surveyed households still believe now is a good time to buy a home, but there's a considerable gap in morale between homeowners and renters, according to the latest installment of the National Association of Realtors® Housing Opportunities and Market Experience (HOME) survey1.
